Director, Dr Tobias Houlton PhD HonFRPS
Houlton Forensics delivers specialist forensic imaging and human identification services underpinned by scientific rigour, research-led practice, and strong ethical standards. The consultancy was established and is directed by Dr Tobias Houlton, whose career spans more than a decade of academic and operational forensic work across University of Dundee, University of the Witwatersrand, and Liverpool John Moores University. His expertise has supported law enforcement agencies, museums, heritage organisations, and humanitarian initiatives worldwide.
